FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services provides Commissioners for Oaths services for administering oaths, taking and receiving declarations and affirmations in and for Saskatchewan ONLY.

We do not provide Notary Public services at this time.

Please contact FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services to book an appointment for all Commissioners for Oaths Services.

Documents must be carefully reviewed by FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services to determine if they meet the appropriate guidelines set out by the Commissioners for Oaths Act and our appointed Commissioners for Oaths.

FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services reserves the right to refuse the service of Commissioners for Oaths if at any time FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services employees feel that a client may be:

• lying under oath or
• receiving declarations or affirmations or if documents do not meet FPS Fingerprint Pardon Services standards.

Requirements at time of appointment:

1.  Two (2) pieces of current government issued identification showing full name and birth date, one must be a photo.  No exceptions!
